UI/UX DESIGNER - ERP

Work with stakeholders, Project Managers, analysts and developers to gather requirements and define UX goals for the ERP system.
Develop user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and other UX deliverables based on project requirements.
Create and test design concepts, iteratively improving the user experience until the design meets the requirements.
Use data analytics and feedback mechanisms to improve the user experience, usability, and overall functionality of the ERP system.
Analyze the user interface and user experience requirements of the ERP system and recommend design changes based on usability best practices and emerging trends.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, frontend developers and other stakeholders to implement the design changes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for software products or web development.
Knowledge of UI/UX industry best practices and current trends, including responsive web design, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in UX design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe XD.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Precision in time management.
